Research Assistant – Big-Data Text & Transaction Analytics

I'm looking for a research assistant to mine and analyze large-scale text and transaction data to answer banking and monetary economics questions.

What you’ll do:

• Data engineering & analysis – Streamline Python/SQL workflows and create views for multi-billion-row datasets on AWS Redshift and Snowflake.

• Text analytics – Use NLP libraries to classify documents and extract features.

• Research replication – Check/comment code.

Your background:

• Master’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline.

• Interest in finance and economics!

• Must be eligible to work and receive federal funding (American PR/citizen).
